LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 170 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.
Position description
We are looking for a self-propelled senior engineer with several years of experience, high motivation and with a clear profile and skills as mentioned below. You shall have great commitment and a willingness to participate in the development of technology and systems for tomorrow's vehicles. Automotive experience is a plus, as well as study or work abroad. In your role you will build-up and lead a team of software and system application engineers. You will also coordinate with the management team to help ensure customer product development processes are met on-time and with the highest of quality.
Skills & Requirements
• Experience in working as a SW engineer
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering/Information Technology/
Computer Science
• Minimum of 7 years of embedded software design and
development using C/C++
• Familiarity with current in-vehicle systems
• Knowledge of System-Level Integration of Vehicle Networks
(protocols like CAN, LIN, MOST etc)
• Operating System and Platform familiarity (e.g. embedded Linux,
others)
• Experience with Application, Middleware, Graphics, OS, device
driver layers and architecture tradeoffs
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR standard
