hela Sverige Would you like to be part of the exciting future of Borealis and go beyond boundaries together with our motivated team? We are looking for a service and solution oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR community.
As a L&D Specialist you will be responsible for planning and organizing local learning & development activities as well as implementing standardized corporate learning initiatives. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external learning suppliers and play an important part in our international L&D team and our local HR community in Sweden.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Designing, implementing and coordinating local learning and development activities, such as trainings, Introduction sessions, newsletters etc.
Actively contributing to corporate Learning and Development projects and implementing them (eg. New Leaders program, language courses, coaching).
Executing the local talent pool program.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAP learning module (Horizon Learning) and being a Member of our Horizon Learning Network.
Acting as an internal trainer, eg. for Onboarding.
About you
To start your journey as a Learning and Development Specialist, we expect you to have strong communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude. You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field (education, HR etc.) and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
You are interested in motivational, pedagogic and psychological aspects of an organisation as well as individual people development. To succeed in this role you need to be comfortable working with different IT systems and be fluent in Swedish and English at business level. Since this is a remote team, ability to work independently and proactively is important. Understanding of project management is an advantage.
