Do you speak Spanish and English? Do you have good computer skills and do you on the same time like to work with people?
You need to have great service mind skills and be polite and helpful. You are a person who can understand, and systematically find and solve problems. The perfect candidate will also need to have a great interested in helping users with their computer problems. As you will work in a team it is important that you have the possibility to work both in group and by your own.
You will work as a service desk team member at one of the largest Swedish companies in the region to help their users with their IT-related problems. You will solve IT-problems in Spanish, English and if you have the possibility in other languages as well. You will be working with telephone, e-mail and remote connection tools to help the users.
You will need to speak and write Spanish fluently and English very good. You will also need to have good knowledge in Windows XP and/or Windows 7 you will also need to know how a computer works. You will also need to have a understanding of DHCP, DNS and other standard IT-terms.
