The Role

As Customer Manager, you will be in charge of the Spanish speaking markets for our products. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of extension.

As part of the Engagement and Retention team, you will be responsible for engagement activities such as special events, campaigns, contests, etc., while managing the Spanish speaking community which includes product localization and customer service as well.

Responsibilities
Community Management:

Managing the forums and blogs in Spanish, communicating with our players in order to keep the community fun, engaging and safe, while sharing with them the relevant information.

Updating and managing our engagement activities as features.

Localization:

Translating and localizing our products.

Creating and managing local activities such as contests and special offers.

Customer Service:

Answering customer queries.

Handling reports.

Providing the team lead with relevant feedback.

Qualifications
Excellent skills in Spanish and English, other languages are a plus

Ability to write creatively in your native language

Previous experience translating from English to Spanish

Previous experience in community management and/or customer service

Understanding of our target audience and their online culture

Excellent task management and collaboration skills
