hela Sverige Are you ready for the next step in your career and want to contribute to an international Group that makes a difference in society and everyday lives? We are currently looking for a Sourcing Analyst to join Lantmännens Central Procurement in taking responsibility from field to fork.
This is what you will do
In the position as Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the Central Procurement team at Lantmännen Group and you will primarily support Category Managers and Sourcing Managers by collecting data, conducting analysis and develop fact-based reports for decision making. For instance, you might be working with data and analysis on spend, suppliers, contracts or market information. In your team Category Management & Sourcing, you will also act as a system specialist for various purchasing systems, such as spend analytics, contract management system, e-sourcing system etc.
As you and your skillset develop in the role, you will get the opportunity to run your own sourcing projects within various indirect procurement categories - with support from your manager/team. The projects that you will take on differ in size and concern different areas within our entire group, exposing you to several stakeholders internally and externally and will give you unique insights in our value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food, and real estate.
The position is part of our Central Procurement function that currently consists of three departments: Operational Procurement Support, Procurement Process & Tools and Category Management & Sourcing. You will report to the Manager of Category Management & Sourcing and you will be located at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stockholm. Occasional travelling will be required.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- An academic degree in finance, supply chain, procurement or similar.
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience of working with procurement related issues and/or project management.
- Knowledge of and/or great interest in learning Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the use of modern IT tools.
- Good communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
