WHO ARE YOU?
As a Solution Engineer, you interface with customers and identifies their needs. You are responsible for delivering the solution that supports the business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or other), products and platforms. You interact with various team-members to provide the right solutions and expertise, balancing various aspects of the delivery, from end to end. Additionally, you research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.
You have a personality that is curious, patient, sharing, endurable, thorough, good in communication, good in relations and brave.
As our new colleague, this is some of your responsibilities:
Managing requirements throughout the whole project duration
Electing business requirements by applying different techniques to reflect business needs
Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools and platforms
Analyze current technologies used and perform techwatch, build prototypes and PoCs
Managing backlog
Defining and creating user stories
Define requirements acceptance criteria in a form that allows testing the new functionality
Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders, SMEs, Development and QA teams
Ensure that requirements are understood by all members of the project team
Preparing guidelines for end-users of the systems/application
Communication of all changes in the application to the users
YOU HAVE...
At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer/Business Analyst
Fluency in English (both verbal & written)
Swedish residence and work permit
Be located in the Gothenburg area
Practical experience in:
documenting the requirements based on Agile methodology
conducting interviews with English-speaking stakeholders
working in Agile projects (Scrumban, Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in documenting the requirements based on Agile methodology
Ability to conduct workshops (use of a wide range of workshop techniques depending on the type of client and their needs)
Ability to effectively communicate with team members in multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
It is an extra plus if you...
Have knowledge on the Retail business.
