Volvo Group Telematics (VGT) provides telematics services to the Volvo Group, and to external customers in the Automotive Car OEM segment through the WirelessCar brand.
We enable & accelerate customer-oriented off-board telematics service development & delivery. Our solutions exist in Volvo Group products and in other products in the automotive industry in Europe, Asia, US and South America.
Service Development and operations EMEA
Car OEM Solutions within SDO EMEA department is responsible for developing and maintaining our solutions delivered to our external car customers. Our solution targets the car owner as well as dealers and call centers. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our requirement work.
Currently we have connected vehicles on many markets around the globe and many roll out initiatives are currently on going.
Role mission & context
The responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to ensure that the solutions follow the requirement process expectations, enhance and drive the requirement work to be agile, efficient and customer focused. The Business Analyst will have a leading role in the functional requirement work and will be our main customer contact in the requirement area.
