hela Sverige We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to take on the role of Tribe Lead Architect within the mobility domain. This position involves planning and leading architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The role includes both strategic oversight and hands-on solution design, where you will analyze business requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
You will work closely with development squads and key stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and technical direction. Participation in Big Room Planning and other strategic forums will be an essential part of the role. One of the current focus areas is enhancing the invoicing process, so experience in invoicing systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive architecture work within the mobility area.
Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Break down solution designs into epics, features, and user stories to provide a clear development roadmap.
Collaborate with development squads and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Participate in Big Room Planning and strategic planning sessions to maintain architectural alignment.
Support initiatives related to invoicing systems, if relevant experience is available.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong expertise in solution architecture with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
Experience in leading architecture initiatives and ensuring alignment between business and development teams.
Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to break down complex technical solutions into actionable development tasks.
Understanding of agile methodologies and development processes.
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on-site full-time throughout the assignment.
Preferred Experience (Merits)
Previous experience in invoicing systems and financial processes.
Experience working within a tribe organization and agile teams.
Knowledge of system integrations and mobility solutions.

• Location: Stockholm
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Model: Hybrid work can be discussed with the manager
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: August 2025, with a possibility of extension
