In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end contact center solutions that enhance customer experience, drive efficiency, and align with our business strategy.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Develop, test, analyze and manage systems/applications for Swedbank's Contact Center platform.

What is needed in this role: Lead solution design and architecture for Contact Center platforms with a focus on Genesys Cloud.
Ensure architecture governance adherence within cctel area.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in cloud-based contact center architectures, integrations, and security.
Define architectural standards, guidelines, and reference models for Contact Center solutions.
Experience in customer journey design and optimization.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
