What's in it for you in this amazing role?
You will be a part of an engaged, diverse, and high-performing team within Manufacturing Engineering Central SW who has a broad scope to prepare new SW business areas as well as uncovering the unknown test cases. The team follows a bottom-up approach, giving individuals a high degree of freedom in what they work on and the process. We are looking for a SW engineer to work in early stages of new technology in close cooperation with the R&D SW Engineering team.
What you 'll do.
Together with the team you will be contributing with anything from production-oriented ideas to product development initiatives. You will also be planning and managing product development stages and collaborate with system engineers and software architects. Important in your role is to report product development progress to senior managers and ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be overseeing product deployment and integration.
Do you fit the profile?
You have at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and preferably in the combination with some hands-on experience within SW and car projects. You can work on and track multiple projects simultaneously.
We also believe that you have:
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of product development.
• Experience in product development planning.
• Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to managers.
• Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
