Etteplan is a leading player in the technology consulting industry that constantly strives to shape the innovations of the future. We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals who want to be part of our dynamic team and contribute to solving complex technical challenges. With us, you get the opportunity to work with exciting projects and clients, collaborate with experts in various technical fields and develop innovative solutions that will have an impact on society. Your work assignments

At Etteplan, you will be a part of our System and Requirements team as a Software Engineer and will work with different customers and industries. With us, you get to be involved in exciting technical projects and work with cutting-edge clients. You will be a key member of the Etteplan software core team and will collaborate with customer product managers, system architects, and stakeholders to comprehend and define software requirements for automotive thermal management systems.

In this role, you will be in charge of establishing, documenting, and managing software requirements for our advanced automotive thermal management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, and vehicle integration specialists to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Your Profile

We are looking for several experienced Software Engineers within the automotive industry.

* You have a minimum of Bachelors degree within a relevant academic area.
* You have 3+ years of experience from the automotive industry within Software Engineering.
* You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
* You have experience in System/Function development and testing within the automotive industry. You have worked in Systems Engineering and have experience with System development methodologies, especially the V-model.

* You have great communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We want someone who has interest and enthusiasm for new technology and vehicles. It would be an advantage if you have experience with control technology, both from theory and practice. Knowledge about thermal management systems and related technologies for cars would also be a bonus, but it is not a requirement.

You are a person who works well with others and has strong analytical skills. You are good at communicating and you like to be organized. You are a bit of a nerd and enjoy doing 'tech stuff'.
