About the position:
We are looking for an engineer that wants to work in a fun team that really likes their work. We want you to have a passion for testing and programming. We are working with software development, test
automation, non-functional testing, performance, stress and also software analysis. It is important that tou find these aspects of the position interesting: you want to learn and discover more. You
should also like to analyze and solve problems. We are looking for someone that likes to test and critique software components and interfaces in more technical depth, write test programs to assure
quality, and develop test tools to increase effectiveness.
Technical skills:
You have to have strong technical, analytic and problem-solving skills, This means being able to understand the algorithmic ideas behind the code and the fundamentals of software development.
Development is a key skill for this role and it is a merit if you have knowledge of the Symbian and UIQ systems. Your knowledge is in the broad spectrum rather than the narrow.
Testing skills:
This is another key skill to have for the role. You don't necessarily have to have in-depth testing experience, but you have to have a passion and an interest in testing. You must be able
to think outside of the box. How can we most efficiently and effectively try various combinations? How can we create dynamic, reusable tests? Can we break the product, both in traditional
functional ways, but also in terms of security penetration, stress, performance.
Passion for the customer:
You have to have an interest in making products better for the end user. How do we consider the end user when we are testing the product?

Essential qualifications and skills:
