Business structure linkage (Part of process or organization)

The Social Program Integration Manager role will be a part of the Social team belonging to Marketing within Marketing Sales & Service (MSS). This role applies to our global social media presence. This role reports to Senior Manager, Social Media.

Purpose
The role of Social Program Integration Manager has the mandate to:

Develop and drive editorial calendar and programming strategy that makes best use of total social media presence for vertically integrated programs.
Share best-practice among markets and maintain open space for local market activity and innovation.
Full ownership (including final sign off) of global social editorial calendar and ensure alignment across markets, VCC departments and agency partners.
Continuously improve the working process across markets and departments with the constant ambition of become more agile.
Enforce global implementation and effective local utilization of the globally provided social programs, as well as supporting key markets in finding flexible solutions to optimize re-use.
Drive editorial programs beyond product lifecycles - securing luxury perception of brand through lifestyle content/context and influencer outreach.
Innovate by bringing business solutions and applications into the social media space that can be directly tied to marketplace results.
Develop KPIs to demonstrate the business value of social media marketing and return on marketing investment.
Main Tasks

Drive and develop program integration and editorial calendar on all social platforms.
Drive global content calendar across all social platforms.
Manage relationship with key agencies involved in the social area and lifestyle PR.
Work closely with markets and internal stakeholders to be able to define a consolidated view of business needs and sharing of best practices.
Work closely with the communications team to ensure that content can be delivered across social platforms by "validitating" their social implementation.
Flawlessly manage results between earned, owned and paid media.
Drive content driven social media projects.
Drive Lifestyle PR/influencer driven projects in alignment with Public Affairs.
Be on top of trends, competitors and luxury brand benchmarks in lifestyle and social media.
Responsibility

Creatively evolve social programming and editorial calendar to optimize the total social media eco-system.
Fulfil social media needs for all programs.
Ownership of the process from a consumer point of view, i.e. for the social media experience.
Manage working processes of social programming and editorial strategy or any changes to the platforms or the business process it is supporting.
Based on KPI fulfilment and process performance provide guidance on optimization of the social media channel or the process.

Competence Requirements

Broad experience within marketing.
Documented journalistic / editorial / PR agency experience.
Working experience in digital / advertising / social media management.
Deep understanding of our products and how they are setup and offered.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage complex projects over many markets.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Agency management skills.
Financial management skills.
Ability to interact with markets.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Fluent in English.
