We're now looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing and Socials team, to strengthen our strong social media presence. Whilst working with experienced and talented people, you will have wide creative freedom and the possibility to impact the organization ahead. THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
• Manage the schedule and publish content across the main DW social media channels (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest).
• Write creative copy for social posts, maintaining the brands' tone of voice and finding opportunities to continue expanding the creativity into the posts' captions.
• Create and design engaging content for our social media channels to ensure channel growth.
• Contribute to the ideation of new creative (social media) marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for overseeing all UGC collection globally and providing the whole org with UGC weekly.
• Work with external content creators to ensure content for our social media channels.
• Engage with our community on all social media channels.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Previous experience working in social media marketing, and proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, is preferred.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling copy.
Video & photo editing skills - ability and passion to produce trendy content for various channels. It's preferred if you have experience in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or others.
We are a social media native company. For you to enjoy working as our SoMe Specialist, we think you have a genuine interest in trends in social media and pop culture and are comfortable starring in, filming, and producing video content for channels like IG reels and TikTok. The content created needs to resonate with different target audiences where a great understanding of the Gen-Z target group is heavily advantageous.
