We are willing to teach all the techniques and give extra education on the special treatments.
Teach how to use IPL provide with certificate
We sent our therapists on free courses and seminars.
We require skin therapist diploma valid in Sweden.
Main focus of this job is to make sure that our clients are satisfied.
We have a policy in our business that the client is always right.
The qualities that we are looking for in a skin therapist :
• comunicative, polite and helpful person, that likes to smile and talk to people
• basic knowledge of sales ( your commission will be based on your sales performances and customer service skills)
• basic knowledge of computer, mail software, ( we use the online booking system and electronic sent out software)
• good writing skills in swedish and english ( we have a lot of international customers due to our location) , spelling is very important cause the job involves a lot of writing and communicating via e-mail, blog e.t.c
• Knowledge of Swedish and English is required, due to internationality of our customers.
• Neat, organized, responsible person with diplomatic way of solving problems.
• Reliable and responsible.
• We are looking for a person for long term, full time job
We provide sales courses and self improvement courses for our employees.
You will be on the trial period for 6 month, after that we will provide you with long term contract, if all the requirements are met.
Also your salary will depend on your performance, you can get the rase on the salary every 3d month if all requirements are met.
