You need to be well experienced in all aspects of traditional stone and brick masonry, from the finest detail work to the most complex monumental and ornamental work. You shall have an eye for details and have the ability to meet an architect's detailed specification.
Further more you need to have multiple talent and experience in construction such as concrete work and carpentry. You also need to have experience in ecological constructions methods like straw bale and compressed earth houses.
You should be able to Coordinate with engineers and other people in the construction for the project. You need to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for dedicated craftspeople with passion for classical architecture and eco-friendly construction.
