Perido is now looking for an HR-Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.

As an HR-Assistant you will take on a broad and exciting role to support all human resources processes and workflows. The role includes to provide support in personnel administration, in particular with regards to contracts, working conditions and time management, as well as pay and allowances. All information such as confidential personal data and files need to be archived, filed and managed by you. Furthermore, you will draft and provide data and text input for reports and statistics in HR matters as well as update information in the HR system. You will also give administrative support in recruitment processes and when needed give excellent service to managers, staff and candidates.

To be successful in this role you need experience of working in an HR department, preferably in personnel administration. You have an ability to work under pressure and manage to organise your work well, with a high-level of discretion when handling confidential information. In your everyday work you have excellent organisational skills and take initiative. You have a service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact with team members, colleagues and external resources - you are a true team player.

Required qualifications

• University degree or other relevant post-secondary education, preferably in the area of Human Resources
• Experience of working in an HR department and personnel administration
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English

Contract type and hours

Fulltime. Start November 12, until 31 December, with very good possibility of extension.
