We are looking for a Skilled Architect and Lead Developer
As a SW Architect you will be working in a global organization in projects that can consist of participants from many different parts of the world. The role will include tasks like understand and meet the customer's requirements in business scenarios, ensure integrity of the overall architecture, reconcile conflicting concerns from different stakeholders, provide proposed trade-offs to the customer (as between security and performance) etc.
As Lead Developer, you carry out detailed design, construction, unit testing, integrations etc. You will get the possibility to work with different companies within the Volvo Group and also external companies.
Qualifications and skills:
In addition to the above description you:
• have the power of initiative and driving force
• have several years documented experience of assignments in .NET architecture.
• have several years documented experience of assignments in .NET lead development
• good knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
General qualifications and skills:
• An academic educational background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Proven leadership skills with considerable social competence
• Driving license - class B
• International experience will be considered an advantage
