hela Sverige Site controller is the interface between Division level and Site level with regards to Finance business and acts as business partner to Site Management and Department heads. The position involves the establishing of processes and procedures and taking actions to meet both site and functional overhead cost commitments. A thorough knowledge of Bombardier accounting procedures, principles and knowledge of project controlling is desirable. The site controller is responsible for the reporting of the operational and functional financial performance of the site including forecasting, budgeting and the strategic plan.
YOUR TASKS
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Initiate cost saving actions to improve cost performance.
• Lead Department Heads in meeting to understand their financial targets and guide them how to achieve them.
• Preparation and presentation of relevant monthly reports to Site Management and Department Heads.
• Budget and Forecasting process
• Preparation of the budget exercise for allocated organizational units.
• Calculate needed capacity (head count/full time equivalent) for the allocated organizational units.
• Validation and presentation of Site results
• Ensure that major budget variances are quickly identified and analysed.
• Review NPR requests from a financial perspective.
• Interface to accounting and reporting.
• Process Execution & Improvement
• Ensure standard Global processes are consistently and effectively applied within the entity in all areas of activity.
• Ad Hoc Project Work
• Involvement in risk analysis on financial impact for different scenarios
• Finance degree (bachelor, master) and/or any relevant professional related qualification
• 3+ years relevant work experience
• Experience in project accounting preferably in an industrial environment
• Open minded, easily adaptable, self-motivated with good time management skills
• Developed diplomatic skills
• English business fluent is mandatory for this role
