Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Site Acquisition work standard to meet the customer requirement.
• Responsible for Site search, Site Survey, Site lease and Permits activities.
• Evaluate and conduct Sub contractors audit and determine their capacities, capabilities and engagement levels.
• Recommend approved subcontractors to perform Site Acquisition and Permits work services.
• Continuously monitor the performance of Site Acquisition subcontractors and Site Acquisition Engineers.
• Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within Site Acquisition department.
• Prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the project manager.
• Leading a team of Site Acquisition Engineers, Coordinators, legal controllers, monitor their performance and manage their day to day activities.
• Coordinate with regional Site acquisition team for timely completion of projects.
• Develop relationship with concerned government Authorities and departments.
• Prepare project progress report and update client with the progress of the project.
• Conduct Site acquisition training session for own team members as well as for the staff members of Subcontractors.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/law or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 years experience in Site acquisition in telecom environment. Off One year should be on managerial role.
• Good knowledge in GSM/CDMA network engineering.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced challenging environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bulgaria.
• Able to Plan, manage, execute according to process flow and project requirements.
• Good project Management skills and hand on experience on Project Management Tools like MS Project, Primavera, PERT/CPM etc.
• Good negotiations and problem solving skills.
• Hands on experience in computer packages like MS Office, MS outlook etc.
• Driving License in Bulgaria
Organization:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Site Acquisition Manager you will work within the CEE&Nordic regional organization and report to the project manager/Regional Core Network manager. The CEE&Nordic regional organization is managed and controlled from Poland.
