Business area Ship Management has, since August 2018, expanded to include all Stena Line vessels operating throughout the route network. With the additional number of ships we are now looking for a Ship Operation Analyst to support and participate in the journey towards a lean and effective operation in line with Stena Lines 'One company' strategy.
What will you do?
As a Ship Operation Analyst you will share the responsibility to control and coordinate business administration for the Stena Line fleet of 34 managed vessels. In addition you will participate in the development towards further digitalisation and common standard of our internal processes.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Manage Fuel Reporting System
• Monthly closing and reporting procedures
• Coordinate budget and forecast process
• Participate and/or manage projects related to ship operations
• Support individual units within Ship Management on specific projects
• Participate and support process implementation in ship operations
• Align, follow-up and support development of SAP and cost improvement programs
• Administrate Refits and Damages from a financial perspective

The must-have's:
• Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Good knowledge in MS Excel. If you have any knowledge in Qlikview or SharePoint that is a plus!
• Practical experience in accounting with a big interest for IT systems
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
