This position is based in Ljungby, Sweden and you will report to the VP Service Solutions. You will work together with the Global Service Solution team and other relevant functions in the Service division as well as Kalmar equipment business lines, Technology and other supporting functions.
Main tasks and responsibilities
You will have the privilege of working already in the early stages of New Product Development where you are responsible to identify and create the technical offering of future service solutions. You will ensure safety and efficiency in present and future maintenance but you will also continuously drive selected topics for negotiation with our suppliers to grow our maintenance business opportunities. For our internal workforce you will drive to get the right training offering to our service network. With the available data and systems you will drive the development of data driven maintenance planning as well as dynamic maintenance planning in our solutions.
In this role you will develop and implement plans and actions ensuring safe and efficient execution of maintenance in New product development projects. You will also drive the development of supplier base to agree technical and commercial capabilities for growing maintenance delivery in Kalmar service network. Verify and manage content in dynamic maintenance plans - checklists, time and motion studies, dynamic need based definition are also part of the work tasks. You will also work with develop and implement plans and actions ensuring service business capturing in New product development projects. Other responsibilities:
Verify content and plans for training of service technicians.
Lead and drive the development of data driven maintenance planning and reliability improvements through the stakeholder matrix - Product lines and Technology.
Contribute in development processes of new service business solutions.
Continuing collaboration within division and other Divisions and the Markets.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant technical education in the Mechanical or Electrical industry.
Upper secondary diploma.
Experience in a similar role of managing business activities in a global network, preferably from similar industries.
We are looking for someone who possesses knowledge and experience of maintenance processes and maintenance execution in heavy machinery. You also have commercial process experience of service business and wide knowledge of services values. Project leadership experience, strong collaboration capabilities and effective networking skills as well as IT system general user understanding are your strengths.
