ROLE:
I&EUS Service Owner Security
The role is a senior leading design coordination role for the service area:
- Firewall
- Proxy
- IPS
- Strong Authentication
- Encryption
- Antivirus
The role also includes close cooperation with all service area managers and service owners within I&EUS Design.
The group of service areas in which Security is included, will be driven from Lund. The role is a direct report to the Service Area Manager of Communication within I&EUS Infrastructure Design. The role is a very important role within Sony Mobiles, since it drives the basic local infrastructure at each site. The role also means being responsible of following all regulations and policies while driving the areas.
DELIVERABLE/CONTRIBUTION:
- Contribute to service budget and forecast
- Service roadmap
- Solution design
- Maintained helpdesk support overview (HSO), service level agreements (SLA), operational level agreements (OLA) and configuration items (CI)
- Maintained products and services in service catalogue
- Plan for future service capacity
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Input to service budget and forecast
- Create service roadmap
- Create solution design
- Create and maintain helpdesk support overview (HSO), service level agreements (SLA), operational level agreements (OLA) relating to the service
- Create and maintain necessary configuration items (CI) for the service
- Maintain products and services in service catalogue
- Based on input from IT Operations and SOMC customers plan for future service capacity
- Identify areas of potential solution and process improvements together with the business
- Represent the service across the organisation and in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Review root cause analysis (RCA's) and take action accordingly
- Ensures continual service improvement
- Secure vendor infrastructure framework
AUTHORITY:
- To use and enforce CIT strategies & CIT strategic suppliers
- To utilize the agreed budget to drive each service
- To design solutions in accordance with strategy, technical roadmaps and standards
- To handle the portfolio of infrastructure designs/solutions
- To develop skills and functions according to CIT requirements
- Reject services/demands/requests
BACKGROUND:
- Service Owner
- Line manager or Project Manager 3 years
- Self driven, target oriented
- Have built complete functional roadmaps
- Used to work with vendors both locally and globally
- Fully fluent in English, spoken and written
SECURITY:
- Wide knowledge in Th eIt Security Arean from Global Companies and their needs
- Wide knowledge of Security Processes and Policys from Enterprise
Companies
- Oversee enterprise-wide IT Security, encompassing developing, implementing, and managing wide range of security programs, such as network architecture, risk assessment, business requirements, certification and accreditation, vulnerability management
- Execute and direct security infrastructures, including Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPSs), firewalls, antivirus, encryption, proxy servers, certification, and load balancing
- Employed Information Systems Audit and Control Association's (ISACA) Risk IT Framework, performing comprehensive review of company's IT-related security risks
- Align solutions to corporate security policy and best practices. Provide the organization with guiding documents regarding security
- CISSP certifiering
- Fully experienced in Ipv6
- 3-5 years experience in working with Security Infrastructure setups/configurations within a global company
