We are now looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our E-business team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Service Desk Analyst your role will include:
• Provide first line support for a number of applications used at Axis in accordance to established processes
• Log calls in our help desk system
• Escalate unresolved tickets to our 2nd line support
• Conduct a first, quick analysis of change requests
• Fulfilling service requests e.g. send out reports, gather statistics
• Take ownership of problems and follow up the status on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a coworker who is outgoing, social and service minded with a personal drive to get things done. You are a curious with a proven ability to learn quickly.
Further more we believe that you have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
It is also an advantage, but not essential, if you:
• Are knowledgeable within CSS, Pearl, Php and/or HTML
• Are knowledgeable within web publishing
• Have an ITIL qualification
