Adecco is currently hiring for Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Kista. To qualify for this Service Delivery Manager position you must have technology savvy to understand the issues the customer has!

About the role
As a trusted adviser, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) ensures their customers are making the most of their technology by tailored delivery plans to drive business value from the customer 's IT investments and cloud services. You will be responsible for delivery quality and customer satisfaction and will be involved in structuring and managing deals from inception to completion. This role has the responsibility of assembling the consulting delivery team and to structure and execute on the problem-solving methodology correctly and to the agreed budget.

In the role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) the main tasks will include:
• Establish a long term and sustainable relationship with the customer over phone
• Organize regular Service Review meetings and furnish status reports to client management
• Ensure the Service Delivery Plan is adopted and reviewed regularly with the customer and supported by the company.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of relevant experience, technology savvy to understand the issues the customer has and different roles within an IT environment and understand the sales organization.

Furthermore, we see that you curious, self-learner, organized and someone who wants to understand how everything works. Fluently in English and Swedish.

Important for the role:
• 3-4 yrs relevant experience. Account Management, Business Development, Sales and/or Sales/Partner facing role
• Technology savvy to understand the issues the customer has and different roles within an IT environment
• Understand Sales organization.

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run untill 30.06.2019. Adecco adheres to all relevant collective agreements.
