Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Senior Service Delivery Manager!
In this role you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the delivered services of Fujitsu to assigned accounts and their alignment with the contracts in terms of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contract obligations. You will also be responsible for the P&L and for business growth. You will be the first point of contact for the client and build a strong relationship by being a trusted advisor.
Your main responsibilities:
• You engage with the customer at C-level and act as a trusted advisor on customer's future IT Strategy as well as on the resolution of key delivery issues.
• You represent the customer's interests internally to Fujitsu's senior management and source knowledge, experience and best practices internally to meet customer expectations and presents customer with Innovative IT solutions.
• You steer Fujitsu's delivery units to deliver contractual obligations and increasing levels of customer satisfaction. You manage P&L upsell opportunities, and report on delivery of current services. You manage risk, delivery, revenue and cost issues until resolved, including making sure that customer satisfaction and end user satisfaction are at optimal level.
• You manage key service risks, contractual exposure and account wide critical escalations to prevent exposure of Fujitsu to customer claims. You assure that services are delivered respecting the compliance frameworks and security guidelines.
• You develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the customer and the account manager, and stimulate and define requirements for new services as part of an IT Service Strategy.
• You analyse service reports against agreed SLA and OLA and manage relations with internal and external stakeholders to review operational and financial performance levels.
• Responsible for SLA's are met and Operational Level Agreements are closed with Fujitsu's SDU and third parties.
• Develop improvement plans to optimize the Service Delivery and client satisfaction and strengthen relationship with the customer.
Your profile:
You have a University or Bachelor degree and relevant IT and partner management experience, which includes extensive years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager. Additionally, you have great analytical skills and the ability to handle complex solutions within an organization. As a person you are a team player with great communication skills who has a good sense of humour. On top of that you have excellent English and preferably Swedish language skills
