This role is a key role within customer support services, responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligation in terms of support services for an innovative complete End-to-End transformational platform. The role requires EXTENSIVE collaboration within the team, with customer operations teams and with vendors providing the solution components.
Responsibilities:
• Managing budget
• Managing customer expectation
• Fulfilling the contractual obligation specified in the SLA
• Managing a team of dedicated integrators and architects
• Incident Management, triage handling, patch deployments
• Managing 24*7 on call rotation
• Disaster recovery planning
• Configuration change management and documentation
• Frequent international travel - customer site presence 80%
Required Competence We are expecting that the candidates fulfil majority of the following core competence requirements
• M.Sc or B.Sc in Computer Science or similar, an MBA degree is preferred
• Min 10 years of experience as Customer Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Solution Manager, or Support Manager
• Track record of group/team management and leadership skills
• Negotiations, argumentations and value orientation skills
• Financial analysis, business modeling skills
• OTT/SVOD content management and offer creation understanding
• Telcom knowledge is plus
• Analytical, structured, team player with sense of agility
• Written and spoken English and Chinese
