The group provides market leading content and technology to some of the largest lotteries, casinos and gaming operators across the globe. The Las Vegas office provides social poker and casino solutions out of the group headquarters. The game development studio of NYX Gaming Group, NextGen Gaming in Sydney, is a leading platform agnostic provider of slots, providing entertainment for players and profits for operators. The technology division, NYX Interactive in Stockholm, specializes in developing gaming system solutions.
What we do
The Service Delivery Management team ensures positive Client satisfaction. We build client satisfaction by constructing partnerships between the clients, product management and the technology organizations. We manage the implementation of these partnerships and delivery of technical and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract.
Service Delivery Managers work with the Account Manager and technical organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements and expectations. We support the AM in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. We are accountable for the quality of service provided from a client point of view and are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance.
The "can do" spirit
If you have SDM experience from a related branch within the IT-services business or from the gaming industry in general, we think you will have a good chance of making it in this position.
Must haves include:
• Minimum 2-4 years client facing experience is essential
• Excellent relationship building skills and client empathy
• Excellent at informal leadership, networking and communication
• A degree in Systems Information or closely related field or equivalent client
management experience.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a SDM position
The awe factor
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry
• Prior experience from Service Delivery Management
