The StO/DtR (Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase) department is the largest delivery unit in Gothenburg offering a broad range of opportunities for personal development. We are delivering global IT solutions in the areas of CRM, Retail, Customer Loyalty, Service & Repair and Parts Logistics. Our employees work in global teams with all the Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments in our deliveries covering the complete product life cycle including new development and projects.
Our role is to provide expertise in our customers' focus areas and maintain a high quality in our deliveries and maximize the business value of IT solutions.
This SDM role will belong to the Parts Market Warehouse Systems group. The group delivers parts logistic global solutions for both customers Volvo Car and AB Volvo. Resources from both Volvo IT Poland and India are involved in the deliveries.
Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for maintenance services delivery according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement). This applies to one or a set of applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in scope of the SLA. Delivering maintenance services can involve resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments as well as non-Volvo IT resources. The SDM has staff liability. The SDM will Set-up the delivery structure and maintenance organization in line with Volvo IT Maintenance Management Model (3Mi) and follow-up on costs and services delivered.
The SDM will be responsible for Volvo Car Corporation (VCC) Global Parts Logistic systems. This portfolio includes both the central systems and the market systems used by VCC. Most of the applications in this portfolio have the highest service level for availability.

You have broad experience from leading staff in a cost-, efficiency- and time target environment. You are customer oriented and service minded. You are a driving force with high social competence.

• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Very good leadership skills
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
