hela Sverige Infrastructure & Operations is a part of Volvo IT. We provide infrastructure- and support solutions to the Volvo Group globally and to a number of external customers, primarily in Sweden.
We are currently in process of creating a new organizational structure for I&O to better support our customers' business and their initiatives. With the new structure in place, we aim for a strong emphasis on customer relationship and an increased focus on service and application orientation in both development and in operations.
Service Operation External Customers is ongoing strengthening the delivery team for one of our external customers. In that delivery team there is a need for a combined role as a Service Delivery Manager that is taking responsibility for a Share Point delivery.
In short Service Operation External Customers is a customer close & customer oriented organization with an end-to-end accountability for I&O run-time services delivered to external customers assigned to Delivery Management Sweden
As Service Delivery Manager for one external delivery, you will work in close cooperation with the SDM for the entire delivery for that customer.

Main Responsibilities:
• Work in close co-operation with the Account Manager and the SDM for the entire customer delivery, who is accountable for the customer relationship and the SLA.
• Terms, conditions and commitments for service deliveries are established and documented.
• Controlling documents are in place and signed by involved parties.
• Make sure that the maintenance services delivery shall be organized according to delivery structure.
• Make sure that tasks and responsibilities are allocated to teams and individuals, and collaboration between teams is ensured.
• Meetings are planned and conducted according to the defined meeting structure in the process.

• Ability to work in a customer oriented team
• Documented leadership capabilities
• Ability to build effective relationships both external and internally.
• Result oriented in fulfilling customer agreements.
• Very strong Communication skills
• Broad IT background
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Volvo IT processes is meriting
• Experience in project management is meriting
• Good understanding of Volvo IT's service portfolio and organization is meriting
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
