Responsible for the product system design and technical planning of the BSC in the next-generation RAN network evolution. The main works include requirement analysis, architecture design, and technical evolution planning. Meanwhile, you need to complete the analysis of customer requirements and business models as well as the analysis works related to product competition environment, product competition strength, and industry technical development.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining system requirements and system architecture of the next-generation RAN network.
• Responsible for analyzing the business model and service requirements of telecommunication operators, and work out the evaluation analysis about the requirements and values of the controller in the next-generation network based on the current status of our controller products.
• Responsible for analyzing the development trend, industry development information, and competition environment of the radio network as a consultant of the controller product, and guide others in the planning of the controller product.
Qualifications and experience
• 10+ years of experience in product development, system architecture design of wireless products (BSC or RNC or LTE).
• Be good at modeling and abstraction skills.
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
