Job description
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, this role will be working as mobile technology expert, deeply understand the industry and customer’s requirements, find, develop and promote suitable solutions to guarantee the competitiveness to meet the customer’s requirements in CEE & Nordic Region, e g:
• Understand, filter and feed customer requirements to R&D and be responsible for product’s competitiveness.
• Initiate product improvement / customization base on market needs and competitive environment.
• GSM/UMTS/LTE RAN roadmap change management.
• Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, etc to ensure Huawei to provide the most competitive solution to the target customer.
• Undertake regional telecom market research, forecast trends within the industry, track and analyze industry’s product development and benchmarking.
Qualifications
Qualifications we see as important for this position are:
• Working experiences in Mobile Vendors or international Operators in the field of mobile system (RAN) development, engineering or operations.
• Hands-on experience in mobile protocols, system architecture and products in RAN (GSM, UMTS and LTE). Product Management experience will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Marketing, Strategy and Business Planning.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and hard working.
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Swedish.
• In order to apply successfully you must be eligible to live and work in the EU. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Organization
The Senior Wireless Solution Expert will work with our product line team in CEE and Nordic Region. Location of this position is in Stockholm while he/she takes the responsibility to support Huawei CEE Region.
