Sigma Resources has been entrusted to help find an experienced Test Expert with a solid understanding of test processes and methodology but with focus on managing technical parts of testing. The position is placed at Nordea’s office in Stockholm and the position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Role description
We are looking for a Senior Test Expert to help define and drive the implementation of the testing strategy across IT Group Functions, with special focus on the technical parts, such as test environments, test data management, test automation and non-functional testing. You will work across different areas and countries to improve testing and drive improvements together with the project teams.
Professionally you are one of the best in your field and a recognized expert in facilitating the testing set up. When you interact with different stakeholder groups, you are able to involve them all in the process and can facilitate the group in order to set goals as well as the way of reaching them.
As Senior Test Expert you will take an active role in improving testing and implementing the set goals. Based on this you will also play an important role in monitoring the test performance of the projects/areas and the suppliers.
Your profile and requirements
You have more than 5 years of experience working in relevant test expert roles and hold an ISTQB certification. You understand how to drive technical test process improvements and are a strong change manager.
You have a good understanding and insight into the full SDLC.
You are an expert in test tools and the implementation of this, especially within test environment management, test data management, test automation and non-functional testing tools
You are self-reliant and it is natural for you to take responsibility and use your people skills along with communication and analysis skills to drive a task. Collaboration and communication across different areas is easy for you and you enjoy working with people from different cultures.
It is important that you have a structured approach to implementation and are able to understand the principles behind in order to make things work in practice.
In addition to the above, we believe that you have excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English, and you have a university degree as well as recognised test certifications.
