• Define, develop and deploy quality assurance initiatives throughout entire project life cycle.
• Provide appropriate planning and execute regression testing, performance testing, integration testing and other non-functional testing to ensure successful application deployment.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure that products of exceptional quality is delivered that is aligned with business objectives on various platforms.
• Design and execute test automation.
• Collaborate in cross-functional delivery teams to ensure that all aspects of quality are actively discussed and addressed during the daily work.
• Assist the test manager/team lead in all quality assurance related activities including to act as stand in if needed.

ValiLEAD is looking for talented outgoing senior test engineers to join our growing team. At ValiLEAD you will be part of a diverse and multi-disciplined team, gain exposure to innovative technologies and you will work with some of the largest global clients in different industries. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will validate requirements and designs in high performing and feature rich applications on a wide variety of platforms and devices.
Required Competencies
• Experience as a test engineer for a minimum of 5 years.
• Communicative, flexible, humble and non-prestigious.
• A couple of years' experience from the IT industry, preferably working with quality assurance.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Understanding of software development, agile and waterfall.
• Fluent in English & Swedish, spoken and written.
