Financial Management
Lead and Manage business development strategy.
Responsible for meeting financial objective and targets
Responsible to mining and commercial for new opportunities
Ensure timely billing and invoicing to customer.
Experience to manage larger infrastructure.
10 + years in delivery management and Project management with IT infrastructure and security area
Define and maintain program level communications and risk management plan.
Ensure compliance to legal and other contractual obligation.
Planning and Delivery
Responsible for Planning and delivery, Delivery quality compliance, resource economics, customer satisfaction
Owner for the delivery of large program and operations.
Closely monitor and measure outcomes to track progress and identify potential red flags.
Manage and leads Project Managers, NSR team, as per contractual commitments.
Customer relationship management
Responsible for relationship building with Senior customer stakeholders within the accounts and over all responsibility for customer satisfaction
Develop, manage and leverage relationship potential clients with in the accounts
People Management
Responsible for People process in the accounts, Employee attrition rate, People development, DMI index.
Manage team on 50 +FTE
Certifications & Assessments
PMI/Prince 2 certifications
Experience in ITIL process management
