hela Sverige We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Manager for Nouryon's Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs EMEIA department. In this role, you will mainly provide substance registration support to our business as well as regulatory advice and information on existing and emerging regulations. The position requires a in depth knowledge in the regulatory field but also a high level of social skills to maintain the necessary network and contacts with a large number of internal and external collaboration-partners.
Main responsibilities
Ensure substance regulatory compliance with relevant chemical regulations in the EMEIA region
Responsible for facilitating registration / notification processes on a regional level in a timely and cost-efficient way.
Proactively monitor and interpret relevant regulatory developments/trends and communicate their implications and evaluate business impact
Responsible for performing regulatory review on a regional level and providing regulatory documentation to support business needs
Prepare all necessary PSRA information/documentation as well as to maintain/archive product data, documents, decisions and assessments in accordance to legislation and other internal requirements
Develop a strong working relationship with global team members, driving success with personal development, and strong understanding of how to grow together
Qualifications
M. Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Toxicology with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in substance registrations under REACH
Broad background in other chemical regulations, hazard communication and product stewardship preferred
Good skills in Microsoft Office Applications and in SAP/EHS
Proven and developed project management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Regional PSRA Manager EMEIA. The position is based in Stenungsund (Sweden) or Arnhem (Netherlands).
