hela Sverige We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer in Europe.
The Quality Engineer position is a new role and will strengthen the team in taking Shiloh to a world-class position with a strong quality culture. Within the roles lies the responsibility for coaching and developing skills and methods in various areas in Quality within our European stamping organization. You will work in a central team and also in close cooperation with our plants in Poland and Sweden. In this role you report to the Director Business Processes Europe and are part of that team.
Location: Sweden; Gothenburg (preferred), optional locations Olofström, Forsheda or Bielsko Biala in Poland
Responsibilities include
• Develop the organization in continuous improvement methodology and skills, with focus in the area of reducing quality risks, deviations and by that the Cost of poor quality
• Lead, coach and develop problem solving skills and methods into the European team in different locations
• Central role for share best practices between locations, and provide input from lessons learned to our industrialization process.
• Be a leading force and coach in the development of P-FMEA and control plan. Stress Poke Yoke solutions, or other error proofing methods.
• Develop the Management system and perform audits according to it.
• Take part of implementing Shiloh Production System, SPS

The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Department in a manufacturing company
• Experience in automotive sector (mandatory)
• IATF 16949 (ISO/TS 16949) experience is a requirement, auditor skill an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven track record of driving change, influencing leaders and teams
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
• Advanced writing, speaking and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish (Polish is an advantage)
• Availability for domestic and international business trips
• Driving license
