We are now looking for new colleagues who want to work together with us and develop themselves as a Quality consultant in our wonderful Life Science team in the greater Stockholm-Uppsala area!
As a Quality consultant in ALTEN, you work with different interesting customers that we support in the Pharmaceutical Industry. We aim to make a difference for our clients as well as their end users, the patients! Our clients and colleagues are located in Stockholm, Uppsala, Södertälje and Strängnäs.
As a person, it is important that you are flexible, driven, accurate, efficient, helpful and structured while being social and a team player. You must be able to plan, prioritize and perform your tasks independently and in a solution-oriented way.
YOUR DEVELOPMENT
As a consultant, you have a great chance to impact your own development! If you feel that the business is interesting, there is a chance to develop into a Business Manager role in time. If the consultant role is more interesting, we have great opportunities to develop into expert roles as well as working in teams and work packages.
THE ROLE
As a Quality consultant you will support our clients in a variety of assignments and tasks.
For example (not full list);
Project QA in investment projects for validation
Act as an expert and advisor for internal and external stakeholders, when it comes to quality related issues
Support in Quality systems compliance overview
Support in managing routine manufacturing operations such as; SOPs, Change Control, Batch protocols, Batch review and release.
Deviation and CAPA management and approval
Internal Audit and inspection management
Training colleagues
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (Education and Experience)
MSc or equivalent in a scientific field is required
Minimum 4 years of related experience in areas such as Quality Operations, Compliance, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, etc.
Knowledge of the standard QA processes
Ability to demonstrate knowledge in GMP and cGMP
Ability to work independently under your own initiative
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem solving skills
Fluent in Swedish and English in both written and speech
VALUBLE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Approved as Qualified Person by Swedish Medical Product Agency (LMV) and experience thereof
Aseptic and Sterile experience
Biopharmaceutical experience
Experience in working as a Project QA in investment projects with validation
Computerized systems, CSV, GAMP5, Part 11
Extensive knowledge in interpreting Pharmaceutical as well as Medical Device guidelines
GDP, GLP, GVP, GCP
