About the Assignment
You will act as a project management co-pilot in a POS RFP and implementation program within the retail domain, supporting the project manager in establishing clear governance and day-to-day delivery structure. In parallel, you will serve as Requirements Lead, driving a consistent approach to functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring end-to-end traceability as the program moves into implementation and testing.
The work involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across operational and tactical roles, external vendors, and representatives from different markets. As the program scales, you may also lead other business/requirements analysts and potentially take responsibility for a sub-project.
Job DescriptionSupport the project manager by setting up and maintaining decision logs, action trackers, and issue/activity tracking
Configure and manage tracking and follow-up in Jira
Create and maintain communication materials for stakeholders
Lead requirements work across functional and non-functional areas to ensure consistency and quality
Plan, set up, and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops
Ensure requirements are testable and support functional testing activities
Maintain requirements traceability from design through testing during implementation
Coordinate and guide other analysts as the program grows, and contribute to sub-project leadership when needed
Requirements8+ years of experience in IT/business transformation projects in relevant roles
Experience with retail processes
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile
Experience leading agile teams
Experience in functional design and requirements gathering/analysis, including related methodologies
Experience in functional testing and ensuring requirements are testable
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Fluency in Swedish and English
