Are you passionate about finance and IT, and want to take the next step in your career? We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Credit Risk Service Domain team at Nordea.
About this opportunity
Meet the Credit Risk Service Domain team. We operating in the Credit and Collateral service area, and we work together with credit risk, risk models and capital reporting teams. Our role is to add value by providing stable, efficient and innovative IT services in the area of risk models and Capital calculation foundation. The team of agile project managers and Specialists will make sure Nordea's credit risk applications are stable, compliant, well-functioning and highly sustainable over time.

What you'll be doing:
* Collaborate with Product management, Solution architects and Engineers to decompose the project into agile artifacts and deliverables
* Be responsible for roadmap and milestone plan (in alignment with product owner)
* Coordinate and synchronize project-related activities across multiple areas, such as business, operations and IT teams
* Facilitate, as needed, the implementation through the continuous delivery pipeline
* Ensure timely delivery of IT milestones with expected quality together with the scrum and delivery teams
* Proactively coordinate internal dependencies between one or multiple scrum teams and agree on external dependencies with other ARTs and projects

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and the project team is spread across the Nordic countries. This is a permanent, full-time, on-location position.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* Minimum 8-10 years of Technical Project management and/or delivery management experience
* Experience in Financial Services, preferrable in the Credit risk domain and more specifically Risk models
* Accustomed to work in large and complex IT architecture landscapes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
