As a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will:
Process payroll & benefits for one or more regions in our Payroll & Benefits team. You will manage payrolls that include Sweden, Germany, the UK, US, Canada, Italy, and Spain using a mix of in-house, outsourced, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
Partner closely with our Global Payroll provider to ensure payroll calculations and general ledgers are accurate, compliant, and identify areas for process improvements.
Collaborate with our Benefits broker and technology partners to enhance and streamline payroll and benefits functions, working towards a best-in-class global program.
Partner with People, Finance, Equity & Compensation, and Accounts teams on ad-hoc projects, ensuring best-in-class processes are designed and executed.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, time and attendance, and payroll transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees by resolving payroll and benefits inquiries.
Leverage AI to innovate and evolve future payroll and benefits processes.
Who You Are
You have 3-5 years of experience in payroll, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced company.
Expertise in US and EMEA payroll and benefits is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across multiple countries and experience with outsourced Payroll and Benefits providers.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
Awesome to Have
Experience with change management in a growing organization.
Knowledge of payroll and HRIS platforms.
Experience working with AI-driven solutions for payroll and benefits optimization.
Familiarity with a hybrid work environment across global offices.
