We're working with leading and innovative sports producers and distributors around the globe, and need to further strengthen our media partner team in Europe to continue our fantastic journey transforming the industry.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now looking to expand the European Partnership team, focused on Sports Media with the addition of a Senior Partnership Sales Director based in Europe.
There you will be accountable for finding, establishing and developing new partnerships, and further develop existing partnerships - OTT's, broadcasters, leagues, federations, data collectors and more.
As a Senior Partnership Sales Director, you will:
• Take a leading role in Spiideo's fast-paced expansion, within the European market and prioritized strategic sports media accounts and governing bodies
• Deliver on very ambitious plans for new business expansion and hands-on deliver on partnership sales towards markets and prioritized strategic prospects and accounts
• Be part of an end-to-end accountability, starting with identifying key partners and lead generation, engage with top media and league executives, drive the sales from A-Z including tailoring of the solution development, and finally - hand over thoroughly securing successful deployment and continued growth
• In different stages of the sales process cooperate with different functions and capabilities within the organization
What we are looking for:
• A minimum of five years of experience from either Enterprise Sales or Business Development in SaaS or Strategic Consulting
• Demonstrated career trajectory with proven success bringing in new customers to exceed revenue targets
• Experienced in driving large-scale deals
• Skilled in project management and meticulous organizational skills
• Well versed and knowledgeable in solution selling, business case calculations and price/contract negotiations
• Experience facing and negotiating with prospective client CxO levels
• Proactiveness, innovation and creative thinking - including the ability to strive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high growth
It's a bonus if you have:
• experience from the European continental sports media production and distribution market
• understanding of sports rights monetization
• understanding of production and distribution technology
