Within the segment New Plant Service Concepts you will be responsible for the successful development and global implementation of a strong Plant Operation & Maintenance Services with existing and future plant and processing projects
You will develop the new service offering portfolio and be in charge of the local and global implementation
From the outset you will be involved in the offering process as well as in the whole Plant Lifecycle and will consistently shape the business solution in your segment
You will set up the structures in specific regions, standardize processes and develop capabilities to manage and grow the Plant Operation & Maintenances Services in the business and market areas
You will be responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities while working closely together with your colleagues in order to make the corporate strategy work
With enthusiasm and persistence you will reach successfully your targets - short ramp-up times, long-lasting client relationships for world-scale plants, improvement of Outotecs's service brand and the turnover of service solutions
Qualifications
You have a technical university degree or similar and possess several years of first hand experience in the service management of world-scale plants
Your entrepreneurial attitude was helpful for you while working in a matrix organization as well as your independent but rather relationship building way of working
Your international footprint contains preferable the regions South - America, South-Africa or the Middle East and you are used to consider the specific cultural environment of your counterparts
The position requests the willingness to travel extensively and to speak English fluently. Furthermore you should have at least basic knowledge of the German language.
