We are now looking for a senior manager Loyalty for Volvo Cars. One of the main new task is to secure a new loyalty approach for Volvo Cars and to create the strategy for how to keep our customers within the Volvo brand by offering the best value proposition. You will be responsible for executing a long term strategy for consumer loyalty and for improving consumer value and retention metrics.
You will be a part of the newly formed Consumer Relations and Loyalty team within Volvo Cars Global marketing department. The position reports to the Senior Director Consumer Relations and Loyalty. This is a unique opportunity to join Volvo Cars on our exciting journey while at the same time get the opportunity to develop a new function and make an immediate impact.
Main responsibilities
* Develop a strategy and market guidelines to drive repeat sales, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging consumers with targeted, relevant and helpful content at each stage of the consumer lifecycle.
* Conceptualize new ways to engage and communicate with customer clusters and develop a strong loyalty proposition for Volvo Cars customers and make the plan for implementing it globally.
* Collaborate across the business to bring the vision to life and secure regional & market alignment for the loyalty strategy.
* Contribute actively in the Consumer Relations and Loyalty management team.
Required qualifications
* University Master's degree in marketing, finance or similar.
* Highly data-driven and have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and be able to use consumer analytics to develop and optimize engagement with consumers and drive commercial value.
* Experience from conceptualizing, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives.
* Demonstrated success driving customer-centric results in retention, expansion and advocacy.
* Cross-functional and integrated work experience, with high ability to co-operate and work in a team environment and have the ability to work across diverse functions and levels, to effectively influence others.
* Ability to enact positive change within large, matrixed and global organization.
* Fluent in English.
