We are looking for a senior Manager with good Technical expertise to work in our office.

We are looking for a right candidate who is willing to work in a small company(1-10 employees)

Requirements:

• Candidate must have 14+ years of overall experience with an strong technical background and an excellent management experience.
• Must have played the roles of a project manger/program manager
• Must have worked in a medium/large CMM Level 5 company with a good insight and experience in processes
• ITIL/Prince 2/PMP certified
• Willing to move into a small company and adapt to the needs of small company in the roles of business development and as a consultant to clients
• Must have worked in Nordic and Europe markets
• Must have worked in and managed people and projects in a multi cultural environment and in customer facing roles
• Must have managed delivery in an outsourcing model of delivery
• Must have handled team sizes of 30+ people
• Should have experience in pre-sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Willing to travel frequently to Nordic region
