Job Scope
High level purpose of function
Prototype cell production to be secured by improvement of production concept
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Overall areas of responsibility and activities
Problem solving for securing demand of prototype cells for customer
Production concept review and evaluation on protype cell for mass production concept
Improvement of production effectiveness by optimization of design values
Requirements
Education or other qualifications or competences relevant in order to succeed in the job
Qualifications/education/experience
PhD or MSc in Chemical/Electrochemical/Mechanical/Electrical engineering
More than 5 years experiences on the automotive business
More than 10 years of practical experience from Li-ion battery cell development
Experience from cell development of Lithium-ion cells is a must
Extensive experience of large-scale battery production and process
Strong background from technical culture and proven engineering excellence
Specific skills
(eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc.)
Excellent English written and oral skills
Statical analysis by initab
Personal success factors
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Leader ship to lead organization relevant for prototype cell development and production
Achieve both customer sample demand and milestone
Ability to work in a high profile and often high-pressure international environment
Problem solving skills with appropriate tools
