We are now looking for a
Senior Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator to Husqvarna Construction.

About the Role:
As a Senior Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and oversee our order and transportation processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will coordinate with various departments to address customer needs and improve service processes, ensuring all export activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and receipt POs for internal and external purchases.
Monitor orders in the system and address any issues.
Keep customers updated on deliveries.
Allocate stock and schedule delivery dates.
Raise credit notes for returns, warranties, and intercompany sales.
Ensure compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
Track shipments and resolve any issues with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
Implement and improve logistics processes.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

We believe that you have been working in similar positions for several years and possess comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
