We are looking for a die hard, experienced, senior developer for Java enterprise development in a Jboss/Linux environment to help our team from May to July 2014. We believe you are obsessed with developing high quality, high usability software that truly amazes the customer. We assume you have a majority of the following qualifications:
At least 2 years of Java Enterprise software development experience
Master of Science degree in computer science (or equivalent)
An analytical and result-oriented approach and persistence in solving complex problems
Software design and architecture experience
Experience of distributed systems, scalability, and high performance computing
Core Java and Java Enterprise
Jboss/Linux
SQL
Hibernate
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
NoSQL
Big Data
GWT
JavaScript
Must-have requirements:
More than one year experience in development of high-performance real-time random indexing systems
Since this is a time-limited position, we need a person who is up and running from day one. Therefore, the above requirement is a non-negotiable must-have.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
Design, implementation, and testing of working solutions from specifications
Understanding and implementation of performance and scalability assurance tests
Development of methods and operations
