Role Overview:
Based in our modern Kista office north of Stockholm, you will be part of a talented, international team. Our group spans a broad range of expertise from junior developers to application experts, all driven by a shared ambition to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.
You will work with a powerful, large-scale, complex system, gaining insights into diverse business practices across industries and creating technical solutions to address real-world challenges. Our mission is to modernize our extensive Java codebase, enhancing performance and sustainability while delivering new functionalities tailored to each industry's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new features and maintain existing ones through analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, coding, testing, and documentation, while continuously staying abreast of technological advancements.
Collaborate with skilled business analysts, technical architects, product owners, and database experts to develop sophisticated Java solutions that meet functional requirements and adhere to technical, performance, and maintainability standards.
Troubleshoot customer issues by conducting extensive research and analysis, providing solutions that maintain the highest quality and prevent regression.
Investigate and analyze technical innovations to enhance application functionality and performance.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Performing complex product design, bug verification, and developing proof of concepts.
Implementing sophisticated Java solutions in M3.
Troubleshooting and providing solutions to customer issues.
Conducting analysis of technical innovations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Several years of technical experience in Java programming, software design, and implementation.
Expertise in software development methodologies, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in database management.
Experience with another ERP or similar large integrated system.
Strong understanding of ERP processes and integrations.
Passion for problem-solving and delivering value to end customers.
A commitment to continuous learning.
Self-motivation, ambition, and a strong sense of ethics.
Team player with the ability to work independently and share knowledge.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing M3 Applications.
Experience in warehouse management, transport, and distribution.
