hela Sverige As Senior IT Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring best-in-class consultation to the Technical Director and CEO on strategic and business decisions.
Accountabilities towards the Technical Director, amongst others:
• Proactively prepare in-depth, critical analyses, briefings and recommendations.
• Conduct research and analyses on selected critical topics, from internal and external sources.
• Ensure relevant input from key stakeholders across functions and at all levels, and supplement with relevant additional data as needed.
• Prepare input for the Technical Director on selected topics of the strategic agenda.
• Participate actively in relevant ad-hoc projects.
• Keep up to date on relevant trends and innovations, to enable robust input and analyses.
• Support the coaching and development of team members and peers to grow strategy and business talent for Aimo Park
• Be a role model and representative for the Technical Director.

We require fluency in oral and written English, and proven experience with the following:

• Has strong analytical skills, able to leverage and translate data into easy-to-understand briefings that drive impactful business decisions
• Has a natural leadership, able to gain buy-in and inspire others to deliver. Is comfortable challenging and sparring with stakeholders and colleagues, including senior management.
• Is professional, reliable, trustworthy and discreet
• Has a passion for and commitment to shaping and driving the right agenda
• Is a role model for our corporate values and leadership behaviours
• Has knowledge of the Japanese language and experience of Japanese Culture
Minimum 2 years' proven experience as a senior consultant or strategy advisor in a top-tier organisation is an advantage.
